Most orders are processed and shipped same day. Orders placed on Friday after 3pm, Saturday, or Sunday are processed on Monday. Processing and shipping does not take place on weekends or holidays.
Within the continental United States (the contiguous 48 states), Shipping is FREE to customers on orders over $29. Orders being shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, APO's, FPO's and DPO's are not eligible for free shipping. Also, the free shipping policy does not apply to large or heavy items that require special shipping methods such as assembled industrial sewing machines and some sewing cabinets.

What is a Refurbished, Factory Serviced or Pre-Loved Machine?
- Generally, a refurbished sewing machine or refurbished embroidery machine is open box equipment that was used as a demo model in our retail store or a show, or was a purchase returned to us or the manufacturer.
- Our in-house tech team then takes the machines apart, rebuilds and replaces parts as needed, repairs, tests and then thoroughly cleans the machine.
- We then back up our service work with a limited 6 month warranty.
- Refurbished gear will most likely not include the original manufacturer packaging and may not include any non-essential manufacturer-provided accessories.
A refurbished sewing machine or refurbished embroidery machine is an easier and cheaper alternative to buying new if you are in the process of learning to sew or looking for an economic spare to keep around.
