Most orders are processed and shipped same day. Orders placed on Friday after 3pm, Saturday, or Sunday are processed on Monday. Processing and shipping does not take place on weekends or holidays.
Within the continental United States (the contiguous 48 states), Shipping is FREE to customers on orders over $49. Orders being shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, APO's, FPO's and DPO's are not eligible for free shipping. Also, the free shipping policy does not apply to large or heavy items that require special shipping methods such as assembled industrial sewing machines and some sewing cabinets.

We also know that your projects are often time sensitive, which is why we work fast and efficiently in getting you back to working as quickly as possible. For walk-ins your estimated turnaround time is 3 to 5 business days.

With 42+ years as a technician under his belt; Mario is an expert at repairing all types makes and models of machines, his favorite being Baby Lock. What he enjoys most about being a sewing mechanic is being able to teach other technicians and customers about the machines.
The most memorable moment in his career is when he opened a machine and a mouse ran out. In his spare time, Mario enjoys making model trains, bowling and other sports.
Preferring to be simply be called "Felix"; Felix began working as a sewing machine technician several years ago through Mario's recommendation. The hugs (his favorite) and praises he gets from customers is what Felix enjoys the most out of his job and being a repair man.
Besides being a sewing machine technician, Felix enjoys Football, Tennis and Surfing as his favorite activities to do in his spare time.
Chris started his career here at SewingMachinesPlus.com working in the warehouse as a clerk then quickly moved on to become one of our expert technicians; specializing in Long Arm Quilting repairs. His favorite machine to work on are the King Quilter’s because of their robust build quality and are easy to service.
As a way to help lighten the mood of a full day of repairing machines, Chris enjoys joking around with his coworkers. He also enjoys golfing, fantasy football and is a longtime avid sports fan; mainly football.
Eric decided to follow his dad’s footsteps into becoming a repair technician. Eric enjoys fixing electrical problems within the machines and finds that his favorite brand to repair are Jukis because of how well built they are and how easy they are to repair. He also is an expert at fixing many long arm machine related issues.
Besides repairing machines for our customers, he enjoys playing guitar as well as playing mobile games on his phone in his free time. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and dad on the weekends.
The father of Eric Young, Scott is by far one of the most knowledgeable mechanics in Southern California. Through his vast experience, Scott is the go to guy when it comes to answering any techincal issue dealing with sewing, quilting or embroidery machines. He enjoys making customers happy by fixing their machines so they can go back to doing what they love.
In his spare time he enjoys going fishing and camping. Scott also enjoys the fact that he gets to work closely with his son.
