Most orders are processed and shipped same day. Orders placed on Friday after 3pm, Saturday, or Sunday are processed on Monday. Processing and shipping does not take place on weekends or holidays.

Within the continental United States (the contiguous 48 states), Shipping is FREE to customers on orders over $49. Orders being shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, APO's, FPO's and DPO's are not eligible for free shipping. Also, the free shipping policy does not apply to large or heavy items that require special shipping methods such as assembled industrial sewing machines and some sewing cabinets.

Our Master Mechanics offer over 100+ years of combined professional experience in fixing sewing machines and other equipment. We know the care and pride our customers have in their equipment, so we take care of your machines as if they were our own. We also know that your projects are often time sensitive, so we pride ourselves in getting you back to sewing & quilting as quickly as possible. For walk-ins your estimated turnaround time is 3 to 5 business days.

Master Mechanics are also available by phone Monday through Friday to answer any questions you have and help & advise you in any basic issues you are experiencing with your machine or help to determine if service is needed. Please allow 24 hours for returned calls or messages.
